Traditional development

Universal approach

The traditional methods of project management, cost management and construction management logically lead to standard results. Each project, however, has its individual specifics that require an individual approach. When using the universal methods of conventional project management with traditional links between the various entities and subcontractors, it is often very hard to meet an investor's individual criteria and needs.

More expensive and longer

Achieving the required result using conventional development methods is therefore only possible with a higher budget and over longer periods than with optimum project management, which requires that some standard principles and structures be abandoned.

Inertia

A conventional developer only has limited ways of reacting to an investor's requirements during the course of a project. The traditional links between the entities participating in the implementation of the project prevent flexible reactions to any changes during the project.
