Company presentationSTARCON is a relatively new consulting and developing company, whose official establishment was initiated by the EXPANDIA group investment activities. At its foundation in 2004 the company set out its main business objective to bring about new progressive thoughts and procedures in the area of industrial, commercial and residential development to the Czech market. The very first larger project, consisting in construction of new production premises for a Danish company Fibertex A/S, allowed for the first time in the Czech Republic in a real environment for verification of a progressive method of construction of industrial complexes using the so called flexible development method. STARCON provides for complex construction service for the investor from the initial construction project across design activities up to the realization of the construction. |
