What does an investor expect?

An investor does not usually expect miracles from a developer (the occasional exceptions merely confirm the rule); it only expects:

  • fast construction
  • maximum quality of construction work and long service life
  • a reasonable budget and compliance with it
  • flexible reaction to its requirements
  • expert advice.
