Construction Forum Started by Flexible Development

A discussion about flexible development started the new year of the most prestigious domestic discussion platform for development and construction experts – Construction Forum.Approximately 40 guests including construction investors, development company representatives, implementation companies, designers and architects attended a meeting at the Hotel Diplomat on Thursday 12 January 2006. Dušan Přikryl of STARCON introduced the audience to the concept of Flexible Development, including its pros and cons (more here). Representatives of leading investment groups and speakers from leading producers and suppliers of construction systems commented on flexible development during the afternoon. At the start of the discussion an analyst of the Expandia financial group, Tomáš Morava, introduced the audience to the problems that are most frequently encountered in construction investment by a large financial investor and praised his experience of Flexible Development, which eliminates a number of ordinary development problems. Representatives of construction material and technology producers (Jan Slezák and Jan Petrovský – SIEMENS, Jiří Honek - LIKO-S and Aleš Daniel – Geberit) highlighted the opportunity of making maximum use of their know-how and their advantage over cheap, but poor quality competition that Flexible Development gave them.
